Leanna Kaiser holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, in addition to an MBA degree from the University of St. Thomas. She combines her educational background plus 25 years of experience in highly-regulated and global industries to focus her work on the business aspects of the information, knowledge, and data critical to her client organizations.
 
Ms. Kaiser has held the title of Knowledge Manager, leveraging both knowledge management techniques and technology to enable an organization to find and capitalize on deeply-held internal knowledge. She brings a passion for the integration of technologies and a unique ability to find trends and patterns in data to design interfaces which quickly deliver the most relevant information to the client in the most useful format.
 
Ms. Kaiser holds Certification as a Knowledge Manager, a Project Management Professional (PMP), and an Information Technologies Infrastructure Library (ITIL V3) professional, and is active in the leadership of the Twin Cities Knowledge Management Forum.
